BB Peony Gardens

Peonies are particularly suited to the climate in the northeastern United States.  Our mission is to make a wide variety of peonies available in the Portland, Maine, area and beyond.   We open our garden by appointment each year to accomodate visitors during the bloom season.

Our Business

 We serve both the local community, and beyond by way of the internet.

One of the earliest full-blossomed peony cultivars in our garden is Zuzu.  Its bud is beautiful, even before the flower opens.

Who We Are

BB Peony Gardens were established by Elizabeth Babb, member of the Cumberland Farmers Market.

Each year, cut peonies are made available through market sites in Falmouth, Cumberland and Yarmouth, Maine.
